Delivery


Q How long from date of ordering to date I will receive my goods?

A Please allow 14 days for delivery. If, however the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when you can expect delivery.



Translations


Q Are the translations certified?

A Yes, all of our translations are certified. Only accredited translators are used.


Q My medical condition does not seem to be listed. Is it possible to get the translation for me?

A Yes, for an additional charge we can get your condition translated into whatever language you require.


Q Do the translation cards come in any other languages?

A If the language you require is not on our listing we will get it for you at an additional charge.


Engraving

Q What if I have more characters than allowed on a piece of jewellery?

A The number of characters allowed per line of engraving is calculated so that the information is legible. If you have more characters than allowed we would suggest you look at our other products to see if any of these suit your needs.


Products

Q Who should wear medical alert jewellery?

A People who have medical conditions, are taking medication or have allergies should wear a medical alert bracelet or pendant.

 

Q Does the price of each item include the chain?

A Yes, the prices shown on this website are inclusive of chain.


Prices


Q What is not included in the price shown for each product?

A The price for each product includes the product (plus engraving where applicable). It does not include postage and packing, which will be added on the payments page.


Returns


Q What is your policy on returning goods?

A We would like all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason the item you receive is faulty we will exchange it free of charge. We are unable to give refunds for items which have been customised.


Payment


Q What method of payment do you accept?

A We accept payment by credit card over a secure payment website operated by PayPal. We also accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please note goods will not be despatched until the payments have been cleared.
