Returns
Our aim at ICE Medical Jewellery Ltd is to supply quality products. All items are quality checked before despatch. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us. If the product is faulty we will replace it for you free of charge.
Personalised items can only be returned for replacement if faulty. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Payments
Orders paid for by cheque or postal order will not be processed until payments are cleared.
All payments received through our website by credit / laser card are handled by Pay Pal which is an internationally recognised secure payment service.
Prices
The prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT. The cost of delivery will be added to the price of the goods at checkout.
